Billy's Troy Hill Bistro is located only a few minutes north of downtown Pittsburgh and ten minutes south of the Waterworks Mall (take the Chestnut Street Exit near the H.J. Heinz Plant). The restaurant provides lunch, happy hour, dinner, or a relaxing, fun evening. They specialize in black diamond steak, walnut breaded chicken, veal parmesan, and crab cakes. The banquet facility is available. The Bistro can accommodate small group events for 15 - 40 people.
