East Lake Campground offers camping as well as RV sites with a full range of pull-through amenities. Water, electricity, and sewer hook-ups and 20-30-50 Amp services are also available on site. Cabin features bunk beds, table and chairs, wood-stove, and electric lights. Outdoor facilities include fire-ring, picnic table, and water faucet. Boating, fishing, canoeing, hiking, mountain biking, hunting and swimming are the activities. Nearby attractions are Nicholson RR Bridge, Penn Can Raceway, Mormon Monument Site, Woodbourne Wildlife Preserve, and Susquehanna River.
