The Audubon Society of Rhode Island manages more than 8,000 acres of natural wildlife habitats in the state. The office, which includes Hathaway Library of Natural History, is surrounded by the 75-acre Powder Mill Ledges Wildlife Refuge, with 2.5 miles of nature trails. Five-mile trails include the George B. Parker Woodland in
Coventry and the Fisherville Brook Wildlife Refuge in Exeter.
