This museum, housed at Johnson & Wales University, features more than 300,000 culinary and hospitality related items. Exhibits reflect food history from ancient times to the present. Displays include cooking tools, antique kitchen appliances, 19th century stoves, graphic prints of chef's uniforms, cookbooks, menus and food-related correspondence signed by emperors, kings and US presidents.
