Located in Founders Hall on Coasters Harbor Island, access is through the Naval Education and Training Center.

Founders Hall, built in 1820, is the original site of the U.S. Naval War College, established in 1884. The college was the first of such colleges in the world.

Exhibits focus on the history of naval warfare and the naval heritage of Narragansett Bay.

Open Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm, also open Saturday and Sunday noon - 4pm in June through September. Closed holidays.
