Since the early 60's, this State Park has been commemorating the soldiers that were lost in World War II. Through the years it has gone through several heavy-duty renovations, and now boasts Freshwater swimming, 2 volleyball courts, 2 horseshoe courts, 1 shuffleboard court, 1 playground, a bandstand, an ice-skating rink, and picnic areas.
