Addys was the first authentic public Dutch Cafe & Restaurant in America. It was born from my desire to capture the flavor of Holland's old cafe. In Holland the old cafe ( called "brown cafe ") provides a place for seeing old friends or meeting new and interesting people and just having an enjoyable time talking, eating, and ( of course ) drinking.
