Yoga at the Beach offers simple and practical yogic wisdom. Instruction is Iyengar and dance influenced, and Kundalini and Ashtanga yoga. Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy is also available. Private sessions, group classes, seminars on myriad yoga topics are offered in one or multi-day workshops. Customized seminars or workshops on stress resilience, anxiety, high blood pressure, arthritis, depression, asthma, addiction, menstruation, diabetes, pregnancy, or menopause are available.
