Self Family Arts Center

The Arts Center of Coastal Carolina is a focus for all that's entertaining, moving and wonderful in the arts. The goal of the center is to delight you, entertain you, challenge you, and help you explore new vistas.

The center produces musicals, comedies and dramas. The center hosts visiting performers, musicians, vocalists, artists, puppeteers, and more. The center has a 350-seat main stage house and two smaller venues for youth and experimental theater. There is also a gallery for the visual arts.

The center is a new $10 million complex combining state-of-the-art facilities for both performing and visual arts, including the Hilton Head Playhouse theater and an art gallery with revolving exhibits.

The center is open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. The center is free to the public.
