Comments: In December of 05 I called and made reservations with American Presidents Resort to ensure that I would have a place to stay for my family reunion. I really figured that making my reservations 8 months in advance I would not have to worry about anything, to my dismay I was informed by a family member that they had a problem with their reservations and to make sure mine were still fine. They weren't, and they had no record of me paying for my first night of lodging which was 149.99, so I sent a copy of my credit card statement to solve the problem, which I thought It had. Upon arrival at the resort I went to the office to check in and was informed that I owed an additional $295, which was not correct, since I was told I would be paying another $149.99 8 months ago for the 2nd night of lodging. I was in utter disbelief that my reservations had been messed up so bad. To make a long story short the pool is dirty, the minigolf is not taken care of, and the office is unorganized.
