The center presents the works and personal memorabilia of Gutzon Borglum, sculptor of Mount Rushmore. The Rushmore section contains original models, tools, drills and a full-size reproduction of the Lincoln carving's eye. Other displays include Borglum's paintings, sculptures and other items. A self-guiding tour offers audio narration. Open daily, May to September. Hours vary.
