Lake Area Technical Institute, located in Watertown, is one of the fastest growing technical colleges in the region. We are a public institution that was established in 1965. We offer twenty-one programs of study in the areas of health, business, agriculture, and technology. Annually, over 1300 students attend school on our 30 acre campus.

Sidewalk Arts Festival Sioux Falls SD September7 The Sidewalk Arts Festival is the Sioux Salls region's largest one day outdoor festival. Held each year in historic downtown Sioux falls, the festival fills Phillips Avenue from 9th to 14th streets, draws 65,000 visitors and showcases 375 fine art, folk art, and craft booths.
