Cheyenne River

The Cheyenne River enters South Dakota from Wyoming above Edgemont, fills the Angostura Reservoir, and meanders through Black Hills, Badlands & Lakes Region and Wasta, and into the Great Lakes Region, through Cherry Creek to Stanley County, where it enters Lake Oahe, on the Missouri River.
