Comments: Avera St. Lukes in Aberdeen. When dieing, they give awful care. They put you one the 4th floor at the end of the hall near the elevator. The nurses avoid you when your light is on. 20 minutes and no nurse to put my father in-law to bed. They had him sitting up in a chair and he just wanted to lay down and put his light on. I went to the 4th floor desk and the person there was so rude when I asked her if anybody can help my father in law. She just snorted at me as if I was bothering her and her nurses. I have talked to one other lady that said her husband was also on the 4th floor and was treated very bad. They also are very expensive for terrible service. My mother was hurt and their ER doctor misdiagnosed her and because of it she was in the hospital for two weeks. Again in her case the nurses would not answer the call button for a terrible long period of time. I am very disapointed with them, their staff and their bill collectors. Very Rude People
