Goodsoil is located in Northwest Saskatchewan approximately 4 kilometers south of the Meadow Lake Provincial Park boundary and is approximately 80 kilometers east of Cold Lake, Alberta and approximately 90 kilometers west of Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. Goodsoil is situated approximately midway on the Northern Woods and Water Route.
