Many dramatic improvements over the last few years have transformed St. Brieux into a fine 9 hole course. Full irrigation, grass greens and a new clubhouse have all been added - products of a visionary golf course executive. But, the vibrant forest which surrounds much of this course did not require improvement. Mature poplars and willows, plus planted spruce and maple trees, affect play on almost every hole. Measuring in at a short 2701 yard par 34, St. Brieux will not demand your longest drives. However, because of the trees, it will demand some of your more accurate ones. The course's thick bush easily swallows up the wayward balls of careless golfers, devouring their strokes as well.
