Harrogate Tennessee

Harrogate officially became a city in 1993. With a population of approximately 4400 people, its the largest city in Claiborne County.

Harrogate is home to Lincoln Memorial University. On the campus of LMU you will find the Lincoln Museum. The museum houses one of the largest Lincoln Collections in the World.

Harrogate is located in Claiborne County northwest of New Tazewell along Highway 63 near Powell River.

Comments: Often traffic is busy. My wife and I visited the place recently. There seem to be sudden storms in the afternoon. Home prices seem to have soared since our last visit. This spot sure has plenty of civic-minded folks serving in restaurants. To have a well spent afternoon, make a point of visiting The Abraham Lincoln Museum. You won't be disappointed.
