Bordering the Mississippi River, the majority of this 13,467 acre park is bottomland hardwood forests of large oak, cypress and tupelo. The park campground provides 49 campsites equipped with table, grill, electrical and water hookups and a modern bathhouse provides hot showers. In additon, the park contains two lakes and many miles of trails.
