Suede's Restaurant and Museum showcases an all-American Southern menu. They serve hickory smoked Tennessee BBQ and ribs, great steaks, southern style catfish, seafood, blooming onion, boiled shrimp, fried cheese, dinner salad, shrimp salad, crab salad, rib eye, New York strip, hamburger steak, chicken fingers, hot fingers, stuffed shrimp, grilled chicken breast and broiled gulf shrimp.

The museum features original displays and artifacts donated by Carl Perkins and other items from his friends and other world-renown musicians.
