The Blue Star Brewing Company is located in the Blue Star Arts Complex on the San Antonio River across the street from the Pioneer flour mill. It offers medal winning beers, an exceptional wine list, and delicious food. Ales and lagers are the house specialty. Beers currently served are golden ale, pale ale, stout, European pilsner, King William ale, cask conditioned pale ale and apache amber. It also provides facilities for meeting and parties.
