Located off I-20 exit 174 (eastbound) on FM 700. Named for the only watering place for bison, antelope and wild horses within a 60-mile radius, the park is atop a 200-foot mesa at the south city limits. Highlights of the 380-acre park include a prairie-dog town, jogging and nature trails, a playground, camping & picnic sites and a panorama from a 3-mile scenic drive around the mountain.
