Buddy Holly Statue/Hall of Fame

Honors Lubbock and West Texas natives who have made significant contributions in entertainment history. Plaques include Mac Davis, Waylon Jennings, Jimmy Dean, Bobby Keys, the Crickets, Tanya Tucker, Roy Orbison, Bob Wills among others. Center of the walk features a bronze statue of Lubbock's favorite son, Buddy Holly. The Buddy Holly Festival is held in early September.
