The Ballet Lubbock School is a pre-professional school in the South Plains area. The school teaches classical ballet with a comprehensive graded program consisting of pre-ballet, eight school levels and a performing company. The school currently has an enrollment of over 140 youth from across the South Plains learning the art of both ballet and jazz. It has served as a prestigious national audition site for Ballet Austin, Kansas City Ballet, and Long Beach, California.
