Bell Mountain Vineyards is located on the slopes of Bell Mountain. The vineyards, set on sandy-loam soils replete with rich minerals and blessed with a moderate climate due to elevation, insure superior fruit development, thus wines of distinctive character. The wines are estate bottled, indicating they are grown, produced, and finally bottled on the estate. They have varietal identification designating the grape variety from which they are produced. They are generally blends of the classic grape varieties. Some of the Oberhof varieties are enhanced with natural fruit nectars. Mead, by Federal standards, is an agricultural wine, produced from pure honey.
