With classic Tuscan design the house has four and a half bedrooms, four full baths, family room, formal dining room, outdoor fire pit, garaged parking for two cars and a large private boat dock. The grand hall features a wine rack. The full gourmet kitchen provides a six burner gas range, large refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and storage. Credit cards are not accepted.
