19,149-acre impoundment operated by the
Colorado River Municipal Water District with three public recreation areas: Concho on the south side, Padgitt on the north side, and the Kennedy area near the north end of the dam. Restrooms and picnic tables. Lake stocked with large and small-mouth bass, crappie and catfish. Lake is 25 miles SE of Ballinger, 25 miles S of Coleman.
