Dixie National Forest |
Dixie National Forest is located in southwest Utah. It is known for its solidarity, splendor, beauty, and recreational opportunities. It covers roughly 1,900,000 acres and stretches almost 170 miles. The state's largest trees grow in the forest.
Bryce Canyon National Park, Capitol Reef National Park, and Zion National Park, as well as Cedar Breaks National Monument and Grand Staircase-Escalante Ntl Monument, are all located in or next to the forest. The Duck Creek Visitor Center is open daily.
