Sanpete Hospital

In 1975 an organization was born - Intermountain Health Care. IHC has owned and operated the Sanpete Valley Hospital since 1975. A new replacement hospital was built in 1984 at a cost of just over $3 million. By being part of IHC, the hospital is able to have the most up-to-date equipment and highly trained personnel available to small, rural hospitals.

Sanpete Valley Hospital remains dedicated to providing the highest quality health care to all people. The current medical staff consists of five family practitioners and one general surgeon. Medical clinics in Manti, Ephraim and Mt. Pleasant are also managed through the hospital, along with Utah's largest home care and home medical equipment agency.
