Torrey is located in Wayne County in south central Utah between Bicknell and Fruita on Hwy 24 on the banks of the Fremont River, close to Dixie National Forest and Capitol Reef National Park.The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 135, an increase of 13 since 1990.
