Canyonlands Field Institute offers outdoor and environmental education adventures covering science, ecology, cultures and natural history through hiking and river trips, workshops and van tours. The programs are for school and other youth groups, adults and families, outdoor guides, writers and includes a Graduate Residency Program in Environmental Education. Some of the places they visit are Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, the Colorado, San Juan, Green and Dolores Rivers, Monument Valley, Cedar Mesa, Rainbow Bridge, Navajo Mountain and Lake Powell.
