The Yellowstone ATV Trail is located among the yellow rock formations at the foot of the Uinta Mountains in the
Ashley National Forest. The trail encompasses two loop portions; the 24-mile long Petty Mountain Loop, and the 32-mile Dry Gulch Loop. The trail system is accessed 43 miles north of Roosevelt, via Hwy 87 to Mountain Home and from there, into the forest on Forest Service Road 119.
