The History Museum and Historical Society of Western Virginia is part of the Center in the Square complex and features a museum as well as historical collections that pertain to the history of Western Virginia. A research library is available and rotating exhibits are featured. Museum open Tuesday-Friday 10am-4pm, Saturday 10am-5pm, Sunday 1-5pm. Library open Tuesday-Thursday 10am-1pm. Closed holidays.
