Contains exhibits detailing the history of Lynchburg. Built in 1855, the Greek Revival court building houses displays of Monacan Indian artifacts, Quaker relics and Civil War memorabilia. Exhibits also chronicle Lynchburg's transition from a tobacco trading center in the early 1800s to a modern industrial city. Open daily 10am-4pm; closed major holidays.
