Starr Foster/Dance Project was formed under the direction of Starrene Foster. It is a gifted and powerful group of performers as well as teachers and choreographers. The Project was formed not only as a performing troupe, but a group that educates and enlightens the general public, young and old, through instructional workshops and lectures about dance, the performing arts and other creative dramatics.
