Skyline Drive

The 105 mile drive, which can be entered at four various points, runs along the ridgecrest the entire length of Shenandoah National Park. There are parking overlooks which provide views of the Piedmont to the east and the Shenandoah Valley to the west. One feature of the drive is the 610-foot tunnel through the solid Marys Rock, not far from Thornton Gap.
