Capital Ale House

Comments: I visited richmond to visit some friends and family. I had eaten dinner at the Capital Ale House before and looked forward to a return visit for some lunch and a good pint of beer. The food was OK but the service was despicable. For my second beer I wanted to try an oak barrel stout my friend had ordered the prevoius round. When I got my drink, 15 minutes later (i do understand stouts take time to pour 5 maybe 10 min) it had the resmblance of a merky bowel movement. Not the dark colour and crisp head my friend recieved. I told the waiter that my drink was unacceptable, his reply was that it must be from the bottom of the keg but that the beer would taste the same, it didn't. I asked him to tap a new keg, he said that they don't tap them until the previous is completely empty. Later the bartender mouth across the dining room that I should have to pay for the round anyway which resulted in shouting match. I'll never return, they can keep their rude staff and their keg drips.
