The Weston Manor overlooks the Appomattox River. This 18th-century home has retained much of its original interior woodwork, and its 12 rooms are furnished in period antiques. Union general Philip Sheridan reportedly used the house as his headquarters during the Civil War.

Weston Manor is truly one of Virginia's most favored architectural treasures. Thanks to the Historic Hopewell Foundation, the eighteenth-century mansion has been meticulously restored and is now open to the public.
