Cruz Bay

St John's hub is compact and only covers several blocks, but it's where the ferries arrive from St. Thomas and the British Virgin Islands, and it's where you can get taxis or rent a car to travel around the island. There are plenty of shops through which you can browse, along with a number of watering holes where you can stop to take a break. Many restaurants to choose from, plus a grassy square with benches for tired feet.
