Essex Junction is located in
Chittenden County just east of
Burlington. It lies along Highway 15 between
Lake Champlain and the
Green Mountains. It is home to IBM Microelectronics, Vermont's largest employer. The village is a pedestrian friendly community with shopping, dining, professional offices and schools all within walking distance. The schools are among the best in the state.
