The Fairbanks Museum's collections total more than 160,000 objects, from natural history and ethnography to local and regional history.

There are more than 18,000 square feet of exhibits and 150,000 objects from nature and cultures around the world, including comprehensive collections of northern New England's birds and wildlife and a spectacular array of large mounted mammals.

The planetarium is home to the Northern New England Weather Center. The Children's Nature Corner is open June through August.
