The Whitford House Inn Bed and Breakfast, overlooking the Adirondack Mountains, is a restored 1790's New England country home, conveniently located between Lake Champlain and historic Middlebury. It features three spacious bedrooms in the main house, and a private guest house. Each room has a full private bath and is equipped with modern comforts. A full breakfast is served in the dining room. Typical menus offer fresh fruits, yogurt, the inn's famous homemade honey-coconut granola, and specialties, such as Belgian waffles, eggs Florentine, or French crepes. In the afternoon, complimentary hors d'oeuvres and choice of drink are served on the shaded veranda, the sunny deck, or in front of a glowing fire.
