Seyon Ranch State Park is part of Groton State Forest and is only a short distance from several other state parks in the area. This unique location is a public version of a private fly fishing club. Barbless hooks and flyfishing only are the rules while fishing for various trout species in Seyon Pond.

The lodge has rustic accommodations providing private and semi-private sleeping quarters with up to three meals a day. Seyon accommodates up to 15 overnight guests and 30 diners.
