Located on Elm Street, this society is housed in an 1807 house museum. Furnishings date from 1740-1900. Exhibits include paintings, decorative arts pieces, textiles, costumes, antique toys, dolls and dollhouses, tools and other items. The Woodstock Works exhibit details the economic history of Woodstock since 1740. Guided tours are available.
