The Leavenworth Nutcracker Museum shows brass hand-held nutcracker from the 15th century and several delicately carved wooden nutcrackers from the 16th century. The museum also displays the nutcrackers of current makers such as Christian Ulbricht, Lothar Junghanel, Klaus Mertens, Franz Karl, Olaf Kolbe, Helgard Petersen, Gunther Ulbricht and Erzgebirge.
