Nicholas Cole Cellars is a winery devoted to red wine of extraordinary character. It is designed exclusively for producing handcrafted wines that are made a barrel at a time. The winery has 40 acres of estate grapes planted on a steep, south-facing slope. This is a thoughtfully planted vineyard, farmed for low yields. Powerful, age-worthy Cabernet Sauvignon grows here; the Merlot is exotic and lush; the Syrah is deep and concentrated.
