Klickitat Valley Health Services is a small rural health care system located in Goldendale, Washington. KVHS operates a 15-bed hospital and a 7-member clinic that serves all of Central and Eastern Klickitat County (population 8,000) and a 35-mile stretch of State Highway 97.
The hospital district was formed in 1949 and with the assistance of the Hill-Burton program, Klickitat Valley Hospital was constructed and began operations in 1952.
