Garfield County Memorial Hospital is a Level V Trauma Care, Critical Access Hospital. This hospital features new emergency room that opened to the community in August 2000. Emergency Care is available 24 Hours a day 7 days a week by Trauma Certified Physician, Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nursing Staff. The hospital also provides in-patient acute care and observation. Garfield County Memorial Hospital was the first designated Critical Access Hospital in the state of Washington. Physical Therapy services are also available 5 days a week. The hospital provides a full range of therapy services including; physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and restorative.
