Badger Mountain Elementary School opened its doors to a growing south Richland community in the fall of 1978. Over 16,000 students have passed through the K-5 school over the last 22 years. Each classroom is self-contained, with some transferring of students for math and/or reading within an individual grade level. They provide an environment that assures acceptance and respect for the individual needs of all students, so that every student feels free to enrich their learning potential.
