Whatcom County Parks |
Located in the heart of Whatcom County, where the Nooksack River Valley meets the farmland and foothills of the Cascades, is the Whatcom County Parks and Recreation Department Headquarters and Information Center.
Visitors are encouraged to call, write, or stop by for information about the many services, programs, points of interest and recreational opportunities available in our area. Our Headquarters facility also offers a pleasant rest area with picnic tables, restrooms, and a view of Mount Baker.
The parks system includes Hovander Homestead Park, Tennant Lake Interpretive Center, and Fragrance Garden.
