Outdoor-minded visitors love the rolling sand dunes and myriad wildlife that grace Kohler-Andrae State Parks. The park lies just south of Sheboygan on the shore of Lake Michigan, and provides activities for campers and visitors year round. The Sanderling Nature Center offers many interesting displays and its auditorium is the site of presentations and programs. A State Park sticker is required for admission. All purpose trails on the site range from 1.3 to 4.3 miles in length. Campsite reservations are recommended, as the park is a very widely known family destination.
